Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ryzesuperfoods. Please read our return and refund policies carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities when returning products.

Return Window and Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days counted from the delivery date as confirmed by the local courier marking your package as delivered. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible for processing. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following requirements to qualify for refund or exchange:

  • The merchandise is unused, unaltered, and in original factory-new condition.
  • Original, unbroken outer packaging is intact.
  • All brand hang tags, attached accessories, and user manuals are included and undamaged.
  • The item does not belong to non-returnable categories listed below.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Due to safety and hygiene reasons or product personalization, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Facial cosmetics, skincare serums, oral care products, and personal hygiene items.
  • Intimate lingerie, swimwear, and single-use disposable goods.
  • Custom engraved, printed, or personalized made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or liquidation items marked as “Final Sale, No Returns Permitted.”

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to warehouse error, manufacturing defects, incorrect or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs. You may choose either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
For voluntary returns (e.g., personal preference, wrong size, or product not as expected), you are responsible for all shipping fees including the original shipping cost and return shipping charges. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service at wilczakgroodysf220@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product to initiate your return request.
  2. Wait for an official approval and a return address provided by our team.
  3. Repack the item securely and ship it back to the given address.
  4. Provide the return tracking number to customer service for reference.
  5. Once the return is received, our warehouse will inspect the item. This process usually takes 5–8 business days.
  6. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos or video showing the issue and the original packaging. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund depending on the case. Returning the damaged item may not be required at our discretion.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping fees (including cross-border customs duties and import taxes) are non-refundable unless the error is on our part. Lost packages after confirmed delivery to your address are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact customer support immediately to request cancellation. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
