Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ryzesuperfoods. Please review the following policies regarding order processing, shipping, returns, and cancellations.

Order Processing

All fully paid and validated orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Custom or personalized items may have different processing times as indicated on their product pages.

Shipping Time

After order processing, standard shipping transit is estimated at 7-12 business days within the United States. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Any promotional offers related to shipping will be clearly noted on our website. No additional shipping charges will be applied after payment is completed.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, military restricted addresses, or locations subject to international sanctions. Carriers may refuse delivery to high-risk or flagged addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel such shipments if necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page will be emailed to you. If your tracking information shows no updates for 9 or more consecutive days, please contact us at wilczakgroodysf220@gmail.com so we can assist in locating your package.

Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All returned items should be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at wilczakgroodysf220@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Orders beyond this timeframe may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, invalid address, or failure to collect, return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Should you request reshipment, you must pay all new shipping charges prior to the new shipment. Refunds after returned shipments will exclude any shipping fees paid during the original purchase.
